- Certified Gemstones and Diamonds: After your order quote has been confirmed, processing for certified gemstones and diamonds will take up to 5 business days.
- Calibrated Gemstones and Diamonds: The processing time frame for calibrated gemstones and diamonds is dependent on product availability.
- Jewelry: For standard jewelry items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for shipping. Customized jewelry requires additional time for crafting and personalization.
Shipping Initiation
After all the pre-shipment processing is complete, your order will be dispatched. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your package is shipped.
